During our recent getaway to Ashfield B&B, my partner and I fell in love with the tranquil setting and impeccable hospitality. Nestled just an 8-minute walk from Kenmare town, it was the perfect launching pad for our adventures-whether we were exploring local trails or indulging in the town's diverse culinary scene. Mary, our delightful host, not only served us a breakfast with locally-sourced goodies that celebrated the vibrant flavors of Ireland, but also shared tips for hidden gems in the area. After a day of walking along the stunning Kerry Way, surveying the beautiful mountains and river over breakfast was simply the icing on the cake. With comfortable, well-appointed rooms that provided a peaceful night's sleep, we relaxed each evening with tea, enjoying the garden views. All in all, Ashfield B&B was a lovely blend of comfort and charm, and an ideal spot for anyone seeking both adventure and relaxation in this enchanting corner of County Kerry.
